It has been crucial for me lately to challenge the negative body perceptions I have of myself.
Making content while struggling with body dysmorphia is incredibly hard.
I often spend months disliking what I’ve filmed, only to pause and see it differently later.
This journey isn’t easy, but focusing on mental health and self-love helps 😊
