For me, true happiness is doing new hikes every week - it fills me up and helps me stay balanced .
This year I had periods of constant moving and traveling, which also inspired me, but at the same time left me emotionally tired.

I’ve started a new chapter in my hobbies - hiking. The forest and the mountains are where I fully reset. You probably know how good nature is for mental health. A mix of movement and meditation… honestly, what could be better? 😌
Just came to the beach for some lemon-ginger tea. The wind was crazy strong, but the people here warm the whole place with their vibe. Feels so cozy. Getting recharged! 😌

In the Philippines, this was the city I liked the most. 🫶🏼Freediving there was pretty good, but not wow. Cebu with the sardines definitely #1!
