Hello angels! Quick life update: and no, I didn’t just buy a new skirt…
Okay fine, I did, and THIS is her — queen of today’s episode 👑😂
But the real news is: I’m back in Thailand!
Officially started my “bring-my-body-back” journey hitting the gym 3 times a week like a true warrior (or at least trying not to die).
Celebrated my birthday here, caught a few rays of sun between all the rainy-season drama, and mostly… I’m serving my little boss lady. She’s a whole miracle and the CEO of my life now 👶💗
Sometimes we sneak out to cute cafés, but honestly I’m cooking at home non-stop, inventing 15-minute meals because breastfeeding eats ALL my energy.
I’m basically a hungry beast at this point. Feed me or run 🤣🫠
I seriously can’t believe how much free time I had before becoming a mom.
Now? I have time for: baby, baby, baby… and maybe half a coffee.
But you know what? The happiness is so big - it’s worth every sleepless second.

The place I feel like home
I don’t know how to overcome the difficulties and grief that have befallen our family.
I’ve been absent from social media for a long time since my beloved elder brother passed away 2 weeks ago.
I don’t know how to stop crying; I try to be strong and supportive for my mom and granny as my mom is experiencing the most difficult grief ever.
My brother and I were very close, we could talk for hours on the phone and never get bored, cooking together and laughed till tears. More than a brother, more than a friend, he was a father figure as well.
We dreamed together and had many plans.
My friend told me today, ‘Sometimes life just hits you with a hammer, and there’s nothing one can do but wait it out. Time heals.’ He is absolutely right
Just 7 months ago, I lost my uncle, and my granny is very sick. I just hope that light comes back to our family.
For all who are suffering and struggling, I want to say that you are not alone. We all suffer sometimes, and we should overcome all the difficulties and lessons that life gives us.
This is life, and it can be very challenging and painful. All we can do is try to overcome, hoping for better times.
Our souls have lessons on Earth that we can’t yet understand. I believe that when our journey on Earth is finished, we will see all our beloved people again and be together again…

It’s time to talk about Kyoto, like I promised you.
This city is so special to me, within Kyoto, you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of geisha, samurai, and traditional Japanese culture.
It’s magical to explore all those little streets, antique shops, and traditional treats that Kyoto has to offer!
Here are my favorite spots:
1. Yachiyo Ryokan: I love staying in this ryokan as it’s close to the forest, allowing me to take nature walks. The area is calm, yet still not far from the center for a stroll. If you have the opportunity, stay in a ryokan rather than a hotel; it’s much more interesting, and you can immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house and food.
2. Stone garden: Visit in the morning when there are fewer people to experience the meditation atmosphere.
3. Arashiyama Bamboo Forest: A great spot for a walk and to enjoy this unique place.
4. Fushimi Inari Shrine: My favorite shrine in Kyoto. You can spend the whole day walking there; it’s located inside the forest. Even when it’s crowded, you can still find a place for yourself to stay connected with nature and the temple.
5. Kano River bicycle ride/walk: One of my favorite days in Kyoto was when I rented a bicycle and rode along the river under the Sakura trees; it was just magical! If you don’t ride, even a walk will be very pleasant; the river is gorgeous.
6. Walking in Gion district: It’s an old historical part of the city. If you are lucky enough, you could see a real geisha there.
7. Maruyama Park: Best during the Sakura or red leaf season, but even at other times, it’s a wonderful park for a walk and visiting the shrine.
8. Nishiki Market: Great for street food and buying some Matcha, sweets, knives, and other souvenirs and presents from Kyoto. Visit in the morning before it gets crowded.
9. Philosophical Path: A wonderful path for a walk along the beautiful scenery.
10. There are lots of trekking routes and walks in Kyoto. If you have the time and wish, they are worth investigating!

As you might know, Japan 🇯🇵 is one of my favorite countries. I am here for the 5th time and staying this time for the longest period ever—1 month. Today, I want to share with you my favorite spots in Tokyo, and you could use this information for your future visit. I hope this will be helpful for you.
1. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden
(My favorite garden in Tokyo; you can find a peaceful spot to connect with nature, and the trees there are very old and gorgeous).
2. Tsukiji Fish Market
(It’s better to come in the morning when it’s not too crowded for super fresh sushi and other seafood).
3. TeamLab Planets, TeamLab Borderless
(Immersive experiences surrounded by beautiful visuals. It’s better to book tickets upfront, as in the tourist season, it’s quite busy).
4. Omotesando Area
(My favorite area for shopping, stylish cafes, cool vibe, and atmosphere).
5. Ichiran Ramen
(My favorite ramen; you can customize it and choose the thickness of broth and noodles. Just delicious! There are many of them in Tokyo; just find the one nearby).
6. Chidorigafuchi Boat Pier
(A wonderful spot for a boat ride along the river during the Sakura or red leaf season).
7. Shimokitazawa
(Vintage stores area with amazing vintage clothes; everyone who loves vintage—this is the place).
8. Disneyland, Disney Sea
(Just magical for all parks lovers ).
9. The Making of Harry Potter
(A theme park for Harry Potter fans).
10. Tokyo National Museum and Ueno Park
(You can also visit other museums there, for example Science museum . In the National museum they have Great collection of Asian arts—paintings, ceramics, kimonos, and other cultural values).
I love just walking everywhere, going into small art shops, and getting lost in small streets and parks.

When the pandemic has started I was in Bali and first months everything was closed: gyms, restaurants, even beaches were closed. I got so much free time and decided to start watercolor painting, as I always wanted to try but never found time for it.

As I promised I will tell you a bit about disadvantages that can be found when living on tropical island
-There are no museums. For me as a person who was living before in Saint-Petersburg the cultural capital of Russia, here on the island you can feel the lack of architecture, museums, galleries. Luckily we have Bangkok not far away and all Asia as well, it’s easy to make yourself a cultural vacation how I did in Tokyo recently
-There is no big variety of beauty, salons, cosmetology. I just go on face massage here and it’s enough for me. But for some ladies it’s an important thing, especially if you have to dye your hair, or do some special procedures
-There are no shoppings malls. The closets shopping mall is 20 min away by boat on another island. I don’t need them at all, but for some people is a necessary thing, when people have children they somehow love shopping malls a lot 😄 I guess this is because you can do many things in one place-shopping, grocery, cinema and other entertainment
-There is no big variety of doctors and hospitals
There are few hospitals and private clinics but as I know they are quite basic, so if you need special treatment or cure it will be difficult to organize it on a small island
P.S. There are no disadvantages for me, as living on my island is just perfect ♥️

Absolutely amazing! I don’t spend time for traffic, I could enjoy the ocean 🌊 just few minutes away from my house.
I am passionate about cooking with local ingredients and super fresh seafood!
Here I can enjoy incredible activities: yoga, retreats, ecstatic dance, mantra singing, live music 🎶 here is a huge community of musicians, tam-tam sunsets and much more!

My trip to Switzerland 🇨🇭 was just magical, I have spent in one of my favorite country more than a month and visited dream places that I haven’t even imagined! It’s was a gift 🎁 and I am happy to share with you my list what to do in Swiss if you have a chance to come to this Wonderland
1. Stay at the mountain house for few days and go trekking everyday!
Switzerland has a huge amount of different mountain houses all over the country, they serve homie atmosphere and delicious food. You can have a breakfast and after go for the trekking, there are so many paths to visit for any level, after coming back hot and delicious dinner will be waiting for you in the mountain house. I have been in few and they were incredible, cosy and hospitable
2. Try raclette and fondue 🫕 these are traditional Swiss dishes, they are perfect to share with friends and beloved ones. It’s an experience, not only food. I prefer raclette more actually I am a big fan of it and have raclette grill wherever I live, can’t live without it
3. Visit Swiss old villages, they have special atmosphere of the time when people were living closer to the nature. My favorite were Marcote (on the Lugano lake) Wengen in the mountains (Lauterbrunnen valley) and Lavertezzo (Ticino region)
4. Travel in Swiss by car to see all the different parts of the country. Switzerland is not a big country, but it is so beautiful and so different- German, French and Italian parts are like different countries in one with their own special culture, atmosphere, food, people.
Have a great journey and you will see how amazing is Swiss nature, how kind are Swiss people, how they love their nature and care about it.
Hope you will be inspired by Switzerland like I do, as for me is never enough for this country, I have been traveling there for 13 years already and still can’t wait to come back again @swiss

As you might know, I was visiting Russia to see my family, close people, after almost 3 years in Asia. I am very close and attached to my family, I value a lot time spending with them. This summer was a present as I had an opportunity to stay with close people at least for a while. We celebrated my grandmothers 85 anniversary and my moms 65 years anniversary as well. So lucky I could see them and spend time with them, as it’s truly precious. Now I had to leave Russia and I really don’t know when I could see my family again.
I won’t tell any political stuff here, and I kindly ask you not to do it as well. We are all people. And now is a very difficult period of time for the families, from both sides. In the end any man is a son/brother/father/husband.
Don’t forget that we are all human, only kindness, love, support could help us to stand together for the better World, where there is no war.

I became a nude model when I was living on Sakhalin island. The population of this Far Eastern city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is around 200.000 of people. The small town Okha where I was born the population is 19.000 of people. I am telling you this not for the lesson of geography, but for your understanding the mentality of majority people living in Russia in small towns.
The fact that I became a nude model made many of my familiar circle of people shocked. They started to send this information from one person to another, I got calls from my friends who got calls from their friends asking how is it possible and how I feel about that everyone knows now! Local news and websites wrote few articles, fantasizing how it all could happen and how much I could earn on that.
I was ready that everyone will know soon, as the town is small and people like to discuss other’s life, making rumors, etc. But I was shocked how cruel people could be, I told my family by myself much before everyone started to know as I always believed that it’s important to be honest.
Some people, that I don’t even know, sent to my mom different pics and videos, good she knew before, but could you imagine if she didn’t? Everyone has different reactions and health conditions and people don’t even realize that they could bring harm to someone by doing so.
For me this was the real shock to understand that unknown people could do you harm for nothing. I haven’t did anything bad to them but they tried to do so cruel things to me and my family. Could you imagine it happened few times.
When I went to some parties people were whispering under my back, telling untrue things about me and my life. It was not pleasant, of course, especially when you are young 21. Even I was strong, it was difficult for me to overcome all that cruelty and lie that I had to face up.

Here is a receipt of the pie 🥧
For The pastry I use here classy tart style of pastry:
500 gr of flour ( I like to mix normal flour with almond flour, gives an additional crunch)
Sugar 200 gr ( I always use 1/3 of sugar, so here I put just 70 gr, brown or coconut sugar are much better!)
Butter 200 g (cutted in cubes room temperature)
Eggs 3
Sour cream 2 table spoons
All mix together in blender or by hand, stir gently the pastry and put into the fridge for resting 30 minutes
Prepare the oven 180d and roll the pastry into your form for baking
When the pastry is set into the form Make holes with a fork in your pastry for preventing inflation.
Cream:
Sour cream 250 gr
Sugar 4 table spoons
Vanilla sugar/vanilla extract 1 table spoon
1 egg
rhubarb 3 pieces (you can use any kind of sour berries, gives that elegant sour touch)
Blackberry 1 glass or any berry of your taste
Mix all ingredients with a mixer or by hand, put the cream on a pastry and add rhubarb cutted in small pieces with berries of your taste. Put a little bit of brown/coconut sugar on top for the brownie crunch
Bake the pie in the oven for 40-45 min on 180d-200, regulate the temperature according to your shape and oven
The pie is perfect with a herbal cup of tea!

As you might know I am fond of cooking, want to share with you one of my favorite recipe of pasta. It’s easy and fast to cook, while it’s delicious and very beautiful to present.
Here I used fresh pasta, you can buy it in your local store or make it by yourself, or you can use dry pasta which is available everywhere.
So for 2/3 portions you will need:
1. Fresh or dry pasta 60 gram per person
2. Pesto sauce, this one I made by myself (lots of basil, virgin olive oil, parmigiana cheese, pecorino cheese, pine nuts, salt, pepper, garlic) or you can use your favorite brand of pesto from a supermarket/farmer store
3. Fresh shrimps/langoustine/ or any seafood of your taste, I usually use 100 gram per person or more if you want more seafood taste
Wash your shrimps and clean them properly. Heat your pan and spring some virgin olive oil, you can use also ghee butter, it’s makes perfect taste as well. Fry your shrimps for 1 min from each side if the size of the shrimps is medium, if they are large increase the time to 1,5 min from each side, let them rest for a while, finish with some salt and black pepper
Cook your pasta Al dente for the time as on the instruction on your pack.

I was always into sport, changing from one style to another. I started dancing choreography when I was 3, performing on the scenes of small town where I was born. Then during the school my dancing style moved me into the jazz band, I was dancing there till I was 21.
We were performing on the scenes of my homeland island Sakhalin, on different celebrations and festivals of many cities. You won’t believe but every time we had a little fear before the performance started. When the dance began I haven’t felt fear anymore, absolutely being in the moment of dance and music, captured all my attention there. Now with the time I understand how much dancing in the team gave me: friendship, responsibility, joy of music and feeling the dance with the body, just an amazing feeling!

Morning is the most magical moment of the day for me. Here in Asia I usually wake up at 6:00-6:30 and start my day with breathing practice “5 Tibetan Pearls”.
Then I do my morning exercises to wake up my body. After 1 or 2 glasses of warm water and I am ready to start my day 🌱

I haven’t expected that I would love living on a small island, after Bali especially, but I realize I like it here!

I feel good here, doing what I love, playing piano, walking in the nature spending time with friends, meeting new interesting people. I was used to plan all my trips and what I am going to do during all my life, after pandemic and especially now there is no chance for planing anymore
