It seems that we have power, we can influence situations and events, but in reality, we don’t control anything in this world, so many things are happening around us, good and bad, and we are just witnesses to these events, we aren’t even able to control our own emotions
I just wanted to remind, maybe for myself, that in order to try to be happier, we need to understand what we can control and focus on it, on ourselves, on our perceptions, judgments, thoughts. When we try to conquer this world, it is more correct to conquer ourselves first, and this is true, and it is incredibly difficult, because when something happens, we get angry that we are not able to change something, to influence something, and all because we are sure that we have power, connections, opportunities, friends, and when all this cannot help, we meet with emotions, anger, hopelessness and disappointment
I would like to be ready for different events in my life, I would like to control my emotions, but I’m not sure if I would be the same as I’m now
